All New Audi Q3 -The order books are to open in June for the third generation crossover model of the Q-Series from Audi which is the new Q3 at Britain on a base price €28,200 and the delivery of the car is expected to be in November. The consumers have four options with the power plants. The standard features that are included in all four are the turbocharged direct fuel injection, start stop mechanism and the energy recuperation system. Audi is to offer only the front wheel drive system in this series.
The choice of the diesel engines is two in number which is the TDI engine with the capacity of 2.0 liter producing a horse power of either 140 or 170, the choice with gasoline engines is also two on number which is the TFSI engine of capacity 2.0 liter producing horse power of either 170 or 211. The TDI engine of capacity 2.0 liter is to power up the front-wheel-drive model on its launch and the rest is to support the all-wheel-drive system which is the quattro from the German firm.
The basic specifications available with the Q3 is the S and SE. The SE version is to sport the 17-inch alloy wheels, window trim to be in chrome, exterior trim to be contrasting, roof rails in aluminum, parking sensors at the rear, climate control at the dual zone, 6.5 inch color display screen in the concert audio system that is retractable manually, interface to the Bluetooth, iPod connection through the music interface of Audi along with sensors for the light and rain.
As like the other versions in Audi, there is an option of up gradation with the Q3 to the specification of the S-Line that sports alloy wheels of 18 inches in diameter, styling enhancements for the interiors and the exteriors, headlamps in xenon offered along with the day time running lamps and the tail lights at the rear which is LED. The package of S-Line is price tagged as £2,750.
